Fabian House is relocating to a larger Lehi campus, expanding our award-winning curriculum with priority enrollment for current and waitlisted families.
Something bigger is coming.
This fall, Fabian House Elite Schoolhouse for Littles expands into a new, larger home-like schoolhouse—more than doubling our space while preserving everything families trust about Fabian House.
The expansion includes:
Two additional classrooms
Expanded indoor and outdoor learning environments
A dedicated space for our Young Leaders Club
This is not a change in philosophy.
It is more room for the same intentional experience—built for movement, curiosity, and connection.
The Fabian House Way
Scientific studies show children learn best when they are moving and using their senses. At Fabian House, learning is hands-on, hands-in, and deeply social, reaching far beyond the ABCs and 123s.
Within our home-like schoolhouse, children develop a broad foundation for life-long learning through what we call The Unwritten Curriculum—problem-solving, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, responsibility, and communication.
Class sizes remain intentionally limited, with a 1:3 adult-to-child ratio, allowing families to truly know the educators guiding their child’s growth.
Integrated Support. Exceptional Educators
Fabian House proudly serves children ages 2 years through 5th grade, including children on the autism spectrum, through a parent-friendly, integrated ABA–Early Childhood Education model.
Support is woven naturally into the day—within classrooms, routines, and relationships—creating consistency and security for every child.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who hold or are pursuing college degrees in Child Development, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related fields, supported by five Board Certified Behavior Analysts with master’s degrees in ABA.
This collaborative approach creates meaningful outcomes for children, families, and educators alike.
See Fabian House in Action
The best way to understand Fabian House is to experience it.
Families are invited to tour our current location, see the program in motion, and learn about enrollment for our new Elite Schoolhouse.
Enrollment will open first to currently enrolled families, followed by our internal waitlist. Limited spaces will remain a core value.
We proudly serve families in Lehi and surrounding areas and accept Select Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, and Medicaid.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Fabian House is moving to a new location to continue offering families across Utah a level of balance, success, and quality early childhood education that simply can’t be found anywhere else—now in a larger, intentionally designed environment that supports our award-winning preschool programs and our integrated ABA therapy model.
-
Children currently enrolled at Fabian House will receive priority enrollment at the new location. Honoring continuity for our families is core to who we are, and we are committed to making this transition supportive, thoughtful, and developmentally aligned for every child.
Enrollment priority will be offered in the following order:
1. Currently enrolled Fabian House families
2. Families on our waitlist
3. New enrollment inquiries
Because class sizes are intentionally small, availability will be limited. -
No. Our programs, curriculum, policies, and philosophy will remain the same.
Fabian House will continue to offer:
• Early Preschool (E-Pre) for ages 2–3.5, focused on social learning, independence, and a nurturing transition into school
• Pre-K (Begindergarten) for ages 3–5, blending phonics-based instruction, language development, and play-based learning across music, art, science, cooking, math, and gardening
• Young Leaders Club, providing continued education, enrichment, and flexibility for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade
• Integrated ABA Therapy, uniting evidence-based ABA services with quality early childhood education in a home-like, intentionally designed environment
The move allows us to deliver these programs with more space—without changing what makes Fabian House different. -
Our Integrated ABA Therapy program will continue uninterrupted at the new location.
Fabian House remains Utah’s first “Best in World Practice” integrated preschool model, providing families with a true one-stop shop where children are immersed in therapy, international early childhood education, and quality childcare—all in one place.
Children will continue to benefit from:
• Highly trained BCBAs with Master’s-level education and intensive clinical experience
• Individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Consistency with teachers, therapists, and classmates
• A play-based, evidence-based approach tailored to each child’s unique needs
Because ABA enrollment requires assessments, insurance approvals, and limited staffing capacity, early inquiry is strongly encouraged. -
We are actively preparing for the move and will share confirmed timelines first with enrolled and waitlisted families. As with all Fabian House programs, enrollment opportunities will be limited and are expected to fill quickly once timelines are finalized.
Joining the waitlist ensures you receive updates as soon as they are available. -
The best way to secure enrollment during this transition is to:
• Schedule a tour of Fabian House
• Join the waitlist as soon as possible
Touring allows families to experience firsthand the details that set Fabian House apart—from elite educators and research-backed policies to personalized care and real-time communication through Brightwheel. -
The new Fabian House location will offer:
• More space for movement, exploration, and hands-on learning
• Expanded environments for play-based and therapeutic instruction
• Continued small class sizes and individualized care
• Dedicated areas supporting both preschool and integrated ABA services
While the building will change, the intentional design, development-focused policies, and commitment to knowing every child will not. -
Parking at the new location will be shared with the Karl Malone Center, located directly next door. This shared arrangement provides convenient, accessible parking for families while supporting a connected community space.
Detailed drop-off and pick-up procedures will be shared as the move approaches. -
Yes—and we strongly encourage it.
Touring Fabian House is the best way to understand why families across Utah enroll in our preschool and ABA programs, and why availability is limited. Tours are also the first step in the enrollment process for both early childhood education and ABA therapy. -
Time is of the essence when it comes to developing children. Fabian House programs are intentionally designed with small class sizes, limited therapeutic capacity, and high staff-to-child ratios.
As we prepare to move locations, space will be limited, and enrollment opportunities—especially for integrated ABA services—will fill quickly.
Hear From Our Clients
-
Fabian House has been an amazing experience for our son. We have loved the preschool and ABA program and the amazing staff and teachers that pour their hearts into these kids. When our son was diagnosed with autism we weren’t sure what development and Progression would look like for him and thanks to his BCBAs, teachers, and RBTs at Fabian House he has made and met so many goals and met milestones extremely quickly. When he started he couldn’t draw a person and he drew this entire pirate ship scene a couple days ago which blew us away. If you are looking for somewhere that cares and can help you and your family with your autism/childhood journey Fabian House is the place for you!

Child went from nearly non-verbal, to holding conversations, drawing things by himself, and recognizing better social queues! Seeing his progress everyday is outstanding! Incredible staff that genuinely cares for your child. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

My son has been going to Fabian House for over a year and it has been such a positive experience! Before Fabian House, he was mostly nonverbal and was afraid of other adults. Today his vocabulary has increased tremendously and he loves going to school! He feels like he gets to play all day but he is learning and growing every step of the way. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and friendly and the staff truly care about the kids. I honestly wish he could go to school here forever!
